RLH Route 178 Commemorative Running Day 2007

As part of the development of the Olympic site in Hackney, some of the area is being redeveloped.
Route 178 which ceased operation in April 1971 used to run from Clapton Pond - Maryland station (Stratford) covering areas which are to be redeveloped including the low bridge in Carpenters Rd.
Route 178 was the last LT lowbridge route.
To commemorate this 3 RLHs ran along the route on Sunday 1st July 2007 between 0900-1200.
